Sjørup Group A/S exclusively offers it products and services to the professional market within machinery dealers, workshops and spare parts distributors.

We´ll gladly help everyone else to locate their nearest dealer or workshop, in order to get the needed spare parts delivered and the repairs done in the local workshop.
As a professional customer you can apply for access to our Dealerportal. On the portal you will be able to search for spare parts and order online, whenever it suits you, and get a confirmation right away. 

You will gain access to spare parts catalog, competent counseling and your own contact person.

It is human to fail. Therefore wrong orders or faulty delivery will occur from time to time. The few times, this might happen, we will naturally make sure the error is corrected as quickly as possible, regardless of who made the error.

It is important, that the right spare parts is delivered quickly, in order for your customer to get their machine working again.

How to return goods

In order to keep it simple and uncomplicated to return goods, if these guidelines are followed:

1. Contact a sales representive at Sjørup Group A/S and agree upon the return of goods
   
2. Sellers name is noted on the delivery note/Return slip
3. A copy of the deliverynote/return label, completed with needed info added in the box/packaging
4. Goods are to be return in original packaging
   

Please note:

• As a customer you have 14 days right of return from the invoice date
  
• Mounted items can not be returned
• Special sale items can not be returned
• Transport is not credited – Unless the fault is made by Sjørup Group A/S
• The order will be credited when the goods are in Sjørup Groups custody
